Our bread is made using sourdough fermentation. This process breaks down anti-nutrients that makes grains difficult to digest.

As well as, unlocking micronutrients as it predigest the grains.

This is the way our ancestors have done it for years. Being a prebiotic, sourdough supports the oh so important microbiome. In addition, we use organic ancient grain varieties that we grind into flour.


Our pastry case is loaded with all kinds of treats made with  Gluten Free  or Organic Flours & No artificial sweeteners ranging in a variety of flavors for every sweet tooth
